Q: Are you taking new patients?

A: Yes, new patients are always welcome. Check out our Special Offers page for specials tailored for those new patients.

Q: Do you accept Emergency patients?

 

A: We always try to go out of our way to accommadate the needs of patients in emergency. We have early morning hours and late evening hours available every week. Weekend appointments are also available in case of emeergency.

Q: What type of payments do you accept?

 

A: We have a wide variety of payment options available for our patients including most major credit     cards like Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and AmEx cards as well as Care Credit.

Q: Do you have any financing plans available?

 

A: Yes, we offer up to 6-month zero interest financing plans through Care Credit with approved credit. All it takes is a quick application which can be filled and decisioned when you arrive at the office.

Q: Which Dental Insurances do you accept?

A: We accept all major dental insurance plans like Delta, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Guardian, GEHA, CIGNA, AETNA, Connection Dental, Metlife and more. We will bill your insurance first on your behalf.

Q: What file format is used for dental X-Rays?

A: Dental X-Rays can be stored in many different file formats, for example, .JPG, .BMS, .DEX, .DCOM, etc. .JPG files can be viewed in any browser or in Microsoft Office. Specific file viewers can be downloaded for other formats.
